FAQ's
Here are some answers to common questions about The King's!
Is seating reserved?
No, seating is on a first come first serve basis. This is due to the lower capacity of the venue and there is too much risk in individual seats being empty if seats could be reserved. If you have accessible needs, please contact us in advance to discuss seating requirements.
Are there age restrictions?
Most events are 14 and over with under 16's accompanied by an adult. Events such as Cabaret and Comedy may be 18 and over. Please see event details or contact us. Our pantomime is suitable for all ages however under 5's are not recommended to attend due to sudden loud noises.
Is there parking?
There is public parking either side of the building.
Is The King's wheelchair accessible?
Yes! We have a ramp to get up the steps at our entrance, just ask a member of staff upon arrival.
I can no longer attend an event I have tickets for, can I get a refund?
We operate a no refund policy unless, the event is cancelled, however if the event is sold out we may be able to sell your tickets to another customer. Some events are sold outwith The King's, please contact the event host.
