Langtoun Jazz presents The Mike Rogers Quartet

Mike Rogers will be Singing and Swinging Classic Songs with new arrangements, from Tom Waits to Rogers and Hammerstein, Lennon and McCartney to Willie Nelson.

Vocalist Mike was a stalwart of the Scottish Jazz scene for many years, running Vocal Jazz Jam Sessions and Lockerbie Jazz Festival in association with Jazz Scotland. He will be accompanied by Campbell Normand on piano piano, Jay Kilbride on bass and Ken Mathieson on drums. He moved to sunny Southport a few years ago and pre covid got a few gigs going there. He is looking forward to returning to sing to Langtoun Jazz patrons.
